The biggest complaint is they are just tired of all the nonsense with covid. I feel like this conversation is pretty much a constant across time though that teachers are underpaid. Underpaid compared to what? A plumber? Going to quit teaching to fix pipes in the cold? Everyone is underpaid compared to this idealized job in the abstract that almost no one actually has.
