I go stir crazy when I'm home alone, but I'm not really a social butterfly either. Work was a good compromise. This is the issue with all of these anti-WFH posts and threads. It was in the midst of the pandemic, where you were not strongly discouraged from leaving your home and socialising. I imagine if there was no lockdown yet everybody similarly worked-from-home, the answers would be markedly different.
