Last bout of working from home I got quite frustrated not being able to have some conversations in person but at the moment I haven't felt it (different projects maybe). I do like seeing people in person and there are definitely some conversations that are most easily had with everyone together in person, but working from home Mondays and Fridays has its appeal as well.
