How would anyone know when the "final" wave has occurred? I've seen no evidence claiming anyone has any real idea that the pandemic is over. All of the evidence so far is that a variant can pop up and cause an additional wave (see: Delta, Omicron.) Has there been any evidence presented anywhere to suggest that the virus will stop mutating and spreading among the world's mostly unvaccinated populations?
