We all know that there are bad actors - and often the chance to use extremists to paint everyone of a particular religion, sex or ideology with the tar brush of the extremists. We don't know - for example - how many people were returned here. Was it 2 devices? 200 devices? 2000 devices? If there was a parade of people in front of the building? If there was just the arson suspects? Maybe only police ones?
