I've found the hard way that emailing a saved presentation that's still open in power point has a failure rate of 100%. No idea why. (I. E. hit save, create email , attach the file, does not work. Must close PowerPoint first). I imagine other usability issues exist which are similarly much more frequent than cosmic rays.
