You cannot obviously anchor at Anchorage. Mud flats and tidal currents. Strange name then. And why do they not improve the tunnel, because Whittier is the best

You cannot obviously anchor at Anchorage. Mud flats and tidal currents. Strange name then. And why do they not improve the tunnel, because Whittier is the best harbour near by. I tried to start kayaking from the Anc Airport, but some responsible citizens prevented it and told me to take a bus to Whittier. Probably saved my life.
