I have had the pleasure of fixing this silly bug in my weather app after switching location input autocomplete provider. I didn't even notice it for a while, but then Stockholm having 20 celsius in winter is unusual. It is common to see lat/long, but in fairness long/lat makes more sense as it reflects x/y axis.
