I don't know what that proves other than someone was preemptively working on an article for when / of the invasion starts, and it got published early. Happens fairly often for draft stories to be accidentally published. There is plenty we know about right now that could go into an article about an invasion prior to knowing the details of how this (hopefully only potential) invasion unfolds.
