FWIW. I’m also in my mid-30’s and relatively healthy. I had a mild reaction to vaccination and lost no time to it. I also recently caught COVID. I had severe fever, headache, muscle ache and chills. I still get much more tired after mild exercise, like a long walk, than I did before. Vaccination certainly didn’t stop me from catching COVID but it likely did help me avoid a more severe outcome. I don’t believe in forcing it on others but I would strongly recommend it.
