Yeah the article also seems like a little bit of a dig from a government-supported news source against corporate ones that charge money. Meant to come back & add that, but got distracted!
- cudgy 5y agoThis document does not support this statement that NPR is government supported in any significant way. NPR is mostly supported by private corporate donations (about 40%) and dues and fees paid by local stations (about 30%).
