I was looking into boat living when I had graduated college and was thinking about taking a job in LA. Unfortunately, a non-existent credit file at the time meant that I was out of luck getting anyone to finance me.

Financing a boat is kinda crazy, unless you are already somewhat rich and buying weekend boat. These boats are $2000 derelicts.
