This seems like over-analysis to me. Why is said villain going to be printing a gun? To rob money, right? And what is he going to do with this stolen money?

This seems like over-analysis to me. Why is said villain going to be printing a gun? To rob money, right? And what is he going to do with this stolen money? Buy a car? Why doesn't he just print that instead? I think when the day arrives that we can just print out whatever we can get a blueprint to the world will be so drastically changed that our current biggest concerns won't even be relevant anymore.
