haha. I don’t have any direct experience with tadalafil... Sildenafil and it’s ilk conceivably could fall into the category of “smart drug” if my anecdote is typical... The article reports growing in vitro brain tissue from stem cells enhanced by sildenafil. What’s the odds on in vivo finding a use, I wonder? I assume repairing the brain with a bunch of untrained new neurons will also make a person regress a bit...but a little neuroplasticity can be good, right? This seems like it could lead to another facet of life extension therapy.
