But I can see how this can be come a pressure on larger teams, e.g. orgs below an L8 / orgs larger than 50 people. Not a pressure on pip (called pivot), but there is an expectation of some % of people as LEs (least effective / improvement needed), and LEs usually lead to focus / pivot.
