- pnutjam 5y agoNever dealt with PIP, but anyone worthwhile will just quit and get a lateral or better job. That's what I did when one of my employers extended the mandatory 6 month probationary period because she just wasn't sure about me. I don't need that stress. I just hopped over to another company, cut my commute, and made about 20% more salary.
