I wasn't suggesting anyone should "just be quiet", in fact, I'm happy this person was able to express themselves and their situation openly on LinkedIn. My point was simply this wasn't a very pragmatic approach to handling the situation. Some employers may not like to see this type of content on their professional profile and it may hurt their career.

That's what majority of the people think and do, those who find themselves in the similar situations and that's how companies like Amazon can continue doing this shady practices.
