- southerntofu 5y agoMuch like in the software world, in the restauration industry there's plenty of talented cooks like this one who'd like to make amazing things but are prevented to by management. Glad to see it worked out fine for this one to open his own joint to deliver the best experience to hungry people! Wish more people did the same across all fields.
- throwaway984393 5y agoHonestly it sounds like something you'd find (or used to find) in Miami between the hipster clubs and Wynwood, from street artists and musicians and budding chefs. New York, LA, and Miami have had this kind of co-mingling for a long time now
