Guitar Hero Player Was a Cheat
- onychomys 5y agoHN auto-removing "The World's Best" at the front of the headline takes a little oomph out of it.
- LocalH 5y agoAgreed. I'm part of the Guitar Hero community, and that removal definitely lessens the impact of the headline. This guy caused a lot of damage along the way. The sad part (as is common with game cheaters) is that he was a top level player, and yet he still misrepresented his skill. There's a difficult, strummy chart for a song called Novae Ruptis by Keep of Kalessin. I personally witnessed him hit 100% of the notes without missing or overstrumming ("full combo") 16 times in a row. I'm very proud of how the community handled it. He was quickly ostracized from the community, and others have already stepped up to fill the void left by the lack of his presence.
