The only unholy thing I have to do by splitting /64 from my VPS into multiple subnets at home is to use DHCPv6 in my home net instead of SLAAC and use NDP proxy on the VPS. Probably cheaper and less bothersome than acquiring an ASN and setting up BGP. :)
