Statement cites facts not in evidence. Apparently some restaurants are successful in finding employees. Was this restaurant offering adequate pay, benefits, working conditions, scheduling options? Did the employer hear statements from prospective applicants that they "choose not to work?" Sounds like this guy is swallowing swill from talk shows and using it to excuse his sub-standard job offerings.
