- matthewcford 15y agoPart of the reason I would imagine is the SLA they have with paying customers: > 99.9% uptime guarantee SLA and 24x7 support" I would imagine they will only open up new services once they believe they can meet the SLA on them. As a paying apps customer I am miffed on how long this takes though.
