- johng 5y agoIf they want to keep the industry that the shipbuilders there provide it makes sense. Especially if they are paying the fee to dismantle (and hopefully improve/repair, or just a fee that can help the city in other ways). Just my 2c.

- moistly 5y agoImagine having the opportunity to establish one’s legacy as the greatest benefactor in history, and instead spending ones wealth in such selfish, wasteful ways. Dude must surely be a sociopath.

- DamnYuppie 5y agoNothing about that purchase precludes him from becoming the most generous person to ever live. He just may not do it until after he enjoys some of his wealth first.
