Keep in mind you're earning a six figure salary doing over double what is expected at a "normal" 40h/week job. If you consider it as an hourly rate, is it worth sacrificing your health over?
Not a rhetorical question, btw.

If you consider it as an hourly rate, is it worth sacrificing your health over? Yeah, I'm well aware of that I'm putting more than 40h a week for my job. In 20/30 hours I can finish my tasks and attend meetings. On the other 50 hours most of the time I'm doing things that is not part of the sprint/my tasks in work, I'm doing them as a hobby, I enjoy coding. I agree that it is not worth sacrificing my health for it, that is why I'm looking for a way out in this situation. > Not a rhetorical question, btw. I'm sorry if it wasn't clear. English is my second language, even though I'm comfortable with discussing technical topics, having a conversation in colloquial English, I'm not very comfortable with turning my anxiety into a story.
