    It depends. Governments have a lot of laws at their disposal: from hate speech laws to antisemitism. It has worked so wonderfuly in the past, why shouldn't work now ?

      That is just a bureacratic self referencing argument isn't it? Why would one need a permit to broadcast on the internet? Does Rogan need a permit in Germany too?
