This is so true! It's subtle but real, at first. And then everything can change, or at least that's how it was for me. An entirely different life arose from that decision to quit. As a side-note, I can't quite imagine parenting while drinking either. To think of that depressed hangover state while also taking care of a little one? No thank you.
