Could you make the missile really really shiny so that it reflects the laser away?
- mr_toad 5y agoIndustrial lasers use water cooled copper mirrors to avoid overheating and destroying the mirror. Keeping them clean is a big issue. Seems it would be quite hard to make a missile sufficiently reflective that a mirror coating wouldn’t quickly degrade.
