- core-utility 5y agoThe idea of present might be a difficult one. I'm not up to speed on any court cases that have determined what present means, but it's likely more nuanced than a simple "can Tesla identify a child in sight". A human would be more likely to play it safe and just obey regardless.
- sgustard 5y agoMy understanding is "present" means "school is in session", regardless of whether any children are visible.
