My idea for recruiters was special website with referral link where they could fill out all information I was interested in (the fields was required in order to submit the form) and big red information that stated: "If your offer will be interesting I will contact back on linkedin". In addition I made small control question, for example: "Whats the first letter on my LinkedIn description?". That way I know I don't talk with a bot and they really read my profile.
