I volunteer for a healthtech charity building mobile apps to support HIV prevention. Our first product, Preptrack, helps people to use PrEP, the medicine that eliminates the risk of HIV infection. It's live on the App Store and has a strong and active community of users who love what we do. We're always looking to talk to software engineers who would like to do a little good in their spare time or as a side project.
