dunno why this got down voted. Nuclear is a terrible peaker tech and yet pairing it with solar/wind requires it to be flexible and so you end up overproducing.

dunno why this got down voted. Nuclear is a terrible peaker tech and yet pairing it with solar/wind requires it to be flexible and so you end up overproducing. There isn't a perfect scalable peaker / clean generation tech unfortunately but storage does the trick instead.
