Perhaps the most secure way forward is to make working remotely a "senior perk" that you earn after 6 months or a year of working in person.
- kelnos 5y agoOr just require that the person interviewing holds their ID up to the camera, and then do the same on their first day of work. I mean, I assume HR requires some form of ID when setting things up anyway.
