I don’t know any vegan that still eats coconut ice cream…because it tastes like coconut. There are a huge variety of non-dairy ice cream made with oats, cashews, soy, peas, etc…
- klyrs 5y agoTrue, one must like coconut to arrive at my opinion that it's superior to cream. And it's only good for certain flavors: yes salted caramel, no not mint chocolate chip.
