Higher costs for the provider translate into higher costs for the customers.
- ohgodplsno 5y agoLower costs for the provider do not necessarily translate into lower costs for the customers, most likely higher profits for the provider.
- haspok 5y agoWhich is fine by me. Look, I'm not saying there shouldn't be an app at all, all I'm saying is that people should not be forced to use the app.
