Frank Teschemacher, car accident, 25 yo Bix Biederbecke, alcohol, 28 yo, Bunny Berigan--cirrhosis of the liver, 33 Charlie Parker--cirrhosis, pneumonia, 34 Clifford Brown-car accident, 25 John Cotrane-pancreatic cancer, 40 Eric Dolphy--diabetic shock, 36 Chick Webb--tuberculosis of the spine, 34 And that's just what I can think of off the top of my head.
