Microsoft may have too many internal competing interests to recognize that it has become the Azure company, but it should be clear by the late 2020s. Any divisions that yell "Developers!" at events already know this. The rest are probably aware. My only problem is how everything is going to subscription based pricing and requires a cloud account.
