The biggest thing stopping me from doing it would be a lack of quality healthcare. I can't imagine many top doctors hanging around a place like Kansas.

- Dah00n 5y agoKansas population, almost 3 million. Small nations in Scandinavia have some of the best healthcare, social security, internet, wages, etc. so if what you say is true (I have no idea) then it is a problem with America at large and not Kansas per se since Kansas have everything needed to be at the top if allowed by the systems in place.
