I have no clue but can anecdotally confirm none of the vidoes recommended for me for the past few days are of interest to me. It seems to be a pattern with youtube though. For a period, it closely mirrors my watch history and I cant stop. I just pile up all those videos onto my Watch Later. Then it behaves like I am a stranger. The cycle repeats.(Shrug)
