Every 3hrs? If so could this possibly be a sign of intelligent life? I mean most likely not, I'm not getting my hopes up. A while back I read on here a commenter saying that if they were to try and see if there's intelligent life out there, they'd release a signal periodically at fixed intervals - try to make it as "regular" as possible - so that intelligent beings would hopefully notice the pattern.
