I am pleased to announced that my 15 days old #app was able to help more than 1,000 persons to find #testing across the USA. Currently, the app supports the following 10 cities (Dallas, LA, NYC, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Chicago, Lincoln, Omaha, Kansas City, and Orlando.) and App try to find canceled appointments, and post the appointments in following twitter handles. I am happy to add more if there is demand in a particular city. Please DM or reply here to add more cities. https://twitter.com/DallasTestWatch https://twitter.com/DallasTestWatch https://twitter.com/LATestsWatch https://twitter.com/LATestsWatch https://twitter.com/NYCTestWatch https://twitter.com/NYCTestWatch https://twitter.com/SLCTestWatch https://twitter.com/SLCTestWatch https://twitter.com/ATL_Test_Watch https://twitter.com/ATL_Test_Watch https://twitter.com/test_at_chicago https://twitter.com/test_at_chicago https://twitter.com/LinconTestWatch https://twitter.com/LinconTestWatch https://twitter.com/OmahaTestWatch https://twitter.com/OmahaTestWatch https://twitter.com/Test_AT_KC https://twitter.com/Test_AT_KC https://twitter.com/Test_at_Orlando https://twitter.com/Test_at_Orlando

Thanks for doing this. How did you pick the cities? Is it based on need or data availability?

It is based on my friends and family live.

Where's the app? Is it just a bot that spams twitter with available spots and then you have to call to make an appointment?

Seems like yes, and I find that useful. The local gov’s list looks confusing and currently PCR testing is not trivial to find.

You can use the link to reserve the appointment. No need to call. I have plan to disable posting tweets when needs subside.

Nice. Wonder why the US gov couldn't do something like that with the 4.5 Trillion dollars in covid relief tax money they robbed from the American tax payers.

Probably because the Covid relief money was intended to avoid economic apocalypse and not to get people tested? The website to request free at-home test kits is pretty much perfect and that was provided by the US Government.
