I think there is a transaction per move, since everything is recorded on the block chain, so the transaction number might represent ~15 moves per game on average, the mean is probably skewed to a lot of people messing around for a few moves then stopping... Or optimizing for a win by stopping early as soon as soon as the odds are against them?
