I realize Open source and FSF are different organizations with distinct purposes, but I tend to take a larger view of open source that includes both. They don't have to be mutually exclusive of one another. Perhaps RMS can be off-putting with some of his views, but you can't deny he is indeed a unique character with significant contributions.
