I mean, I can kind of understand the javascript thing as there are lots of great developers here and it can be frustrating when there are "better" languages that don't get any love. The Elon Musk / Tesla / Bitcoin thing I don't understand. Anytime there is a link on HN about these, I know it's going to be a "See, I told you so" type of link where they try to justify their hate. Perhaps it's because Elon Musk is the best "startup" guy and there is jealousy? I don't know. It doesn't make much sense to me.
