Ask HN: Any Good course for s/staff engineer turned director of engineering?

I am looking all around for some leadership courses/training material gaining some more insight into the work involved in being manager of managers in a technology organisation. I cam across few courses in coursera and masterclass around leadership but none of them can prepare one for things like budgeting, recruitment planning, and what is not in the area of planning for one or more products to be developed and released from the technical perspective. I appreciate if anyone approve of an instructor lead or workshop type of training and they can recommend it.
