As a musician, the first thing that comes to mind is "Marshall Stack". In 1965, British guitar amplifier designer Jim Marshall created the Marshall Stack, consisting of a 50 or 100 watt tube amp head on two 4x12" speaker cabinets. The bottom cabinet is straight-front, and the angled top cabinet aims the top 2 speakers at the player's ears. The Who, Cream, and Jimi Hendrix (among others) helped make the Marshall Stack as iconic as musical instruments like the Fender Stratocaster and Gibson Les Paul guitars. https://marshall.com/live-for-music/history/the-story-behind-the-infamous-marshall-stack https://marshall.com/live-for-music/history/the-story-behind...
