Cyclists are not surrounded by a metal cage so should not be held to the same rules. Where I'm from, the cyclist is (almost) never responsible.
- anonymou2 5y agoCare to explain why not being surrounded by a metal cage has anything to do with the rules of the road? What rules should cyclists follow then?
