Gave up on Teamviewer subscriptions years ago because of crap like this. I paid for a full license for a software rev that did everything I needed (basic remote desktop). They upped the version number and of course do not have version cross-compatibility for pre-existing features. I just found that Teamviewer was not worth any price when the future cost and experience were entirely unpredictable.
