- RonaldOlzheim 5y agoDevelopers Develop. Build a system to prevent such things from happening and if it happens how to deal with it. Manuals for mind-transference keeps the focus, commitment and will alive. (a simple powerpoint slide is enough) You should feel safe enough to speak up and if not, you must walk away. Don´t stay where you are not valued.
