PSA: Don't do a cleaning run unless your tape drive tells you to (there are SCSI sense codes for that). The tapes can pretty well assess the need (or not) for cleaning, and excessive cleaning can negatively affect the lifetime of the r/w head (the cleaning tapes are abrasive)
