Can you flesh this out because you claim it but then provide nothing to back it up other than saying minorities don't have time, which just seems to be a strange and unsubstantiated claim. To me these are far better for eliminating discrimination as the interviewer and interviewee can't see each other over a phone screen so there is no racial bias introduced, all you have is can the interviewee code. Plain and simple with far less chance for discrimination than a face to face interview. It's about as close to the famed blind music auditions as we currently have.
